I was lead Interaction Designer for Digitas (New York) the roll-out of all but one of American Express’s credit card applications in 2010. I produced wireframes based on the required fields from the client, and existing designs from a prior team at Digitas.

Several partner card applications required complex logic for displaying fields. Below is an example of conditional fields and the annotated logic which causes them to appear in a wireframe I created.
